Happy Thanksgiving!! We spent the holiday going for walks in the rain, playing games, reading stories and eating good food!
The boys got binoculars from a friend for their birthday...now they have their own binoc's and don't have to borrow mom and dad's. And in their own words, "our binoculars are so much more powerful than yours!"
Not too many birds out on a cold wet day, but we still had a nice walk with Nana and her friend Alwyn. They are matching!!
On Thanksgiving the boys were going a little stir crazy so we sent them outside in the backyard for a bit to let off some steam...We figured they found something to entertain themselves because we hadn't heard from them in a while. This is what Rob found when he 'discovered' them.
That's one of our garden beds...not a mud bath at a local spa!!
And those are our boys about 5 minutes before all our guests were due to arrive!! Lovely.
Forgot to take a picture of the table or any of the food...but it was all great!!
Here is the crew we had over for dinner. Fun night!!!
Cole took this picture of Grandma, Grandpa, Dad and Dylan.
Cole also took this picture of Nana, Alwyn, Mom and Dylan.
Dylan is saying his goodbye's and probably thanks to Grandpa for the yummy dinner rolls!!
The next night we bundled up to head out to the annual Corvallis Winter Parade.
The highlight of the parade was the big ladder fire truck with Santa in the bucket!!
