Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!
This year Dylan wanted to be a super hero and Cole wanted to be a red button.  Dylan wanted a red shiny cape with the letter 'D' on it with lighting strikes, a silver shirt with an 'S' on the front and of course...red shiny pants to match.  And somehow Cole came up with the idea to be a big red button...actually 'button man' who also wears a mask with red buttons glued to it!

For the longest time Dylan wanted an 'R' on the front of his shirt.  I kept asking what the R stands for and he wouldn't tell me!  Finally he settled on an 'S' for superhero!

The boys wanted scary pumpkins this year...and this is what we got!  They also painted a spider and bat on some of the small pumpkins.

This one turned out especially scary when the candle was lit.

It must be the shiny and crinkly wrapping of Halloween candy that commands children to count, re-count, re-re-count, re-re-re-count and sort their Halloween candy. It's only one day after Halloween and Mom is ready to stop talking about, looking at and counting all that candy!
