Fun with Wrapping Paper

The boys had so much fun this Christmas!

The guys are not sure exactly what this big thing is all wrapped in paper. They decided just to peek inside...but once they saw what was inside the paper they ripped and tore until they revealed...

A super fun rocking horse from their Nana!

Dylan was especially into unwrapping gifts and let out a shout of excitement when he opened this sweater from his Grandma Carol and Grandpa Charlie...it looks like he might be complaining that he got clothes for Christmas but honestly he was VERY excited and this picture caught his exclamation of glee. Once he opened his gift he helped Cole open his and then wanted to open all the gifts to Mom and Dad too!

We spent Christmas eve night at Grandma and Grandpa Fiegener's house (even thought they live in the next town over) so the boys could be there Christmas morning when all their visiting cousins woke up...and so Mom and Dad could have a little grown-up time with the family. Dylan slept in the latest out of everyone else in the house! But when he saw the presents under the tree he started trying to open them...he didn't care who the gifts were for, he just wanted to open them!

Cole had so much fun opening his stocking. He loved sticking his hand in and pulling out new surprises. So while Dylan was trying to open everyones gifts under the tree Cole opened his and Dylan's stockings!

Early Drivers

Cole keeps bugging us to let him get his learners permit...he thinks it will be fine as long as Dylan stays below to work the pedals. This is no laughing matter, as you can see.

Snack Time

The boys have REALLY been into snack time for awhile now. They eat 3 meals a day and usually have 2-3 snacks per day and still are nursing 4 times a day (which we are trying to start to reduce...I think that Dylan will be ok with that but I think Cole is going to very difficult to wean...he sure can be stubborn!)

Even though they are always fighting over the same toy or same personal space they are learning to share. Cole enjoys sharing his crackers with Dylan...and Dylan doesn't mind an extra bite here or there!

Our friends just passed along a very fun activity table for the boys which has a convenient snack tray...too bad there are not 2 trays on opposite sides of the table!

Dylan happily stuffing his face, and Cole notices a morsel dropped on the floor...

How many crackers can Dylan fit in his mouth? Cole is still scrounging on the floor for dropped treats.
