Last week we took our first BIG trip on an airplane and went to visit Nana Suzanna in Santa Fe, NM. The hardest part of the flight there was that the airline stopped allowing families to pre-board so we were in the middle of everyone trying to fold up the stroller and get the boys and all our stuff on the plane with a long line of other passengers...not so fun. But the boys slept the whole way there! They had so much fun at their Nana's house that they had a very hard time sleeping from all the excitement (not to mention the stuffy noses they had the new surroundings and the elevation difference)...so Mom and Dad didn't get too much sleep either. On the way home Cole slept maybe the last 30 minutes of the flight and Dylan finally fell asleep during the last 5 minutes of the flight. But we all made it home safe and sound!
The boys loved getting rides on Nana's magic carpet!
Nana had a special visitor that Cole enjoyed cuddling and wrestling with.
Despite hardly sleeping at night, Dylan still managed to get some great bed head!

Nana took us all to Santa Fe's Children's Museum for a day filled with fun and excitement like playing with this vertical pin table (where you push the pins and you can see the imprint of your hand)...
...and a fort built with blocks!
Which was a highlight for Dylan...talk about excited!

Outside they had all of these large xylophones we could play with.
Dylan and Cole had fun making messes during meal time!

Thanks for the great visit Nana! We can't wait to come back!
