Happy Birthday Daddy (a few weeks ago now)!
We had a lovely snowy celebration!
The boys had their snow radar on since they woke up at 6am and started jumping on Mom and Dad's bed yelling that it snowed. They wanted to go out and play in it...but Mom said that they had to wait until the moon went down and the sun came up (yes the moon peaked through the clouds right then and was quite beautiful...from under the covers!).
We were able to hold them off until 7am. Mom had to bring out granola bars for a quick breakfast since they wouldn't come in to eat. The first, and probably only, snow of the year was so much fun!!
This weekend we drove up to the mountains to play in the snow...and found a super fun sledding hill! This picture shows how deep the snow is!
It was a sunny and warmish day...perfect for fast sledding!
